+++ Financial Data +++

- The data displayed in the financial cockpit is provided by the electronic banking software SFirm, version 4.0.
- Your app will be quickly and securely coupled to your companys stationary PC-SFirm installation via QR code.
- You do not need to re-authorize yourself at your Sparkasse again.
- The connection to additional data sources will be possible in an upgrade stage of the app.

+++ Security Concept +++

Security has top priority, because its about your corporate finances:

- The data transfer between the financial cockpit and the SFirm runs through a secured and encrypted server of the star Finance, which is hosted in a Savings Bank data center in Germany.
- Doubly safe: All transmissions of user data are carried out only in transport and content encrypted.
- All data in the app and on the server are stored in encrypted form.
- In the app, strong security features and an individual access code guard your data and prevent the use of the app by strangers, even if your ipad is lost.
- The financial cockpit is protected by a 6-digit, individual access code
- After ten incorrect entry of the access code, the app will revert to its delivery state.
- Likewise, the financial cockpit can be reset by remote deletion from the coupled SFirm to the delivery state.

+++ Data Delivery +++

- To enable the use of the financial cockpit on your iPad, your company needs the electronic banking software SFirm in the current version 4.0 with the module extension "financial cockpit".

- A prerequisite for providing financial data in the app is to pair your iPad with the SFirm of your company. The user and legal structure of SFirm is automatically transferred, so a further integration into your corporate network is not required.
- Your financial cockpit can only be coupled with one SFirm client/database. In an upgrade stage of the app, several couplings will be possible.
- It is possible to couple one SFirm client/database with more than one financial cockpit apps (e.g. several managing directors in one company).
- The download of the financial cockpit from the App Store is free of charge. How much your Sparkasse calculates for the coupling, you will find out at your Sparkasse.
